Faster, Easier, Safer Job with NEW Options for DM450

Owners of the DRILLMAX^® DM450 choose its speed and efficiency to tackle tough water well, geothermal, and cathodic protection jobs while its simple operation makes training new operators easy.

NEW in 2021 are the optional carousel carrying 12, 3.5-inch rods and rod box for an additional 15 rods. Also NEW is an on-board drilling mud cleaning system or on-board grout mixer.

These new options permit the driller to easily trip in and out while the helper focuses on other site tasks, ultimately increasing production rates.

Rod Carousel
carries 240-feet of 3.5-inch drill pipe; grooves along carousel provide visual indicator when aligning head over rods; head shifts left and right before it reaches top

Rod Box
transports an additional 300-feet of 3.5-inch drill pipe to back feed into carousel using winch and jib system

Factory-Mounted Mud Slayer 250 
uses separate hydraulic circuit eliminating competition among functions, easily connect drilling mud cleaning system to pump for quick set up

On-board 50-gallon Grout Mixer
runs off of rig hydraulics, saving fuel compared to running an extra engine (not pictured)
