Additionally, we use a proprietary in-house software system, Centerpoint, to keep track of and log customer interactions. This allows any of our service technicians to quickly and accurately view notes, service logs, and orders no matter whether they working in Kansas or Florida. By using the Centerpoint system, we have a documented comprehensive history and knowledge of each and every rig.
When you call, we have a head start because we have the facts at our fingertips. We also know that customers do a lot of their own rig maintenance and service work. If a DRILLMAX® customers chooses they can send our service techs notes on the work they have self completed and we will copy it to Centerpoint.
This is just another way our responsive service team is available to provide top service and support for our customers. And they are backed by the support of our engineering team.
